- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup of SCALLION EVOO or BASIL EVOO or for more spiciness, HABANERO EVOO
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup HICKORY BALSAMIC VINEGAR
- Black garlic to taste
- 1 Tbsp. MChef Herbes de Provence (NEW IN STORE)
- 1/4 cup hot sauce, optional
- Place all ingredients in a food processor. Marinate for a few hours, and cook.
