Refreshing marinade for chicken!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 small onion
- 1/3 cup SLO Olive oil (INFUSED OLIVE OIL - SCALLION, BASIL PURE OLIVE OIL, SAGE & ONION EVOO, INFUSED OLIVE OIL - OREGANO, GARLIC CILANTRO EVOO)
- 3 Tbsp. PINEAPPLE BALSAMIC VINEGAR
- 1/4 cup SLO Harissa sauce
- 1 tsp.dried mustard
- Biochala espelette chili pepper/2 peppers/basil or regular fleur de sel (available at SLO)
- Biochala maceron pepper (available at SLO)
DIRECTIONS
- Marinate the meat for several hours, or reheat it and serve as a sauce.
- Serve with rice and a green salad.
