INGREDIENTS
- 100 ml PURE CHIPOTLE OLIVE OIL
- 100 ml EVOO
- 60 ml JALAPEÑO BALSAMIC VINEGAR
- 1 Tbsp. PURE GARLIC OLIVE OIL
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. hot pepper
- 1 French shallot (garnish)
- Salt and pepper
