She is not only a passionate entrepreneur. She is also an olive oil expert and sommelier! A graduate of the International Olive Oil Academy in Pienza, Italy, educator, lecturer, importer, she has completed several degrees, including a certificate in this particular discipline.

Also trained in sensory aptitude, she is a proud member of the International Register of Olive Oil Experts. She has had the opportunity to taste, analyze and rate some of the best olive oils in the world.
