Exclusively at La Plantation, the long salted pepper should not be confused with the Kampot salted pepper. Although both peppers are gastronomic delights, their taste is quite different.
Long salt pepper is picked fresh and then fermented with sea salt. Spicy and mild, reminiscent of artichoke flavors, this pepper is excellent served with cheese, in salads and with pasta.
