Shipping information to Canada
Each order will be processed within 1 to 4 business days of receipt of the order. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday and Friday.
All orders will be shipped via Canpar, Purolator, Fedex.
Free delivery
- Quebec and Ontario on orders over $150.
- The rest of Canada varies depending on your shipping address.
U.S. Shipping Information
We do not ship to the United States.
Working days and holidays
All orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Packages are not shipped from our stores on Quebec provincial holidays or Canadian federal holidays.
Order tracking
Tracking and order information will be emailed when your order is ready to ship (if your selected shipping method offers tracking).
Refund and return policies
We do not refund any of our products for the safety of our customers.
However, if a product does not correspond to your order, you must contact the Sous les Oliviers team immediately: [email protected]. Sous les Oliviers will then take care of all return shipping costs.
No return will be made on an opened and/or used product.
