HICKORY MARINADE

INGREDIENTS

• 4 chicken breasts
• 1/3 cup HICKORY BALSAMIC VINEGAR
• 2 garlic cloves
• 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
• 1/3 cup PERSIAN LIME EVOO or LEMON EVOO or HICKORY EVOO
• 1/3 cup brown sugar (optional)
• 1 Tbsp. fresh thyme

DIRECTIONS

1. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours
2. Grill on the BBQ until fully cooked, approximately 20 minutes OR cook it in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes.
