INGREDIENTS
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup HICKORY BALSAMIC VINEGAR
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup PERSIAN LIME EVOO or LEMON EVOO or HICKORY EVOO
- 1/3 cup brown sugar (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh thyme
DIRECTIONS
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours
- Grill on the BBQ until fully cooked, approximately 20 minutes OR cook it in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes.
