STEAK MARINADE

INGREDIENTS

• 1/3 cup soy sauce
• 1/2 cup of SCALLION EVOO or BASIL EVOO or for more spiciness, HABANERO EVOO
• 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
• 1/4 cup HICKORY BALSAMIC VINEGAR
• Black garlic to taste
• 1 Tbsp. MChef Herbes de Provence (NEW IN STORE)
• 1/4 cup hot sauce, optional

DIRECTIONS

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor. Marinate for a few hours, and cook.
